Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5β10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Platform fees are non-refundable.
If you are unable to resolve a dispute directly, you may open a chargeback with your card issuer. However, we encourage contacting us first β we aim to resolve all legitimate disputes fairly and quickly.
Submitting fraudulent refund requests may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
