Refund Policy

This policy governs refunds for purchases made on the Connecto marketplace. Connecto facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers β€” individual sellers may have additional policies that apply.

1. Digital Products

2. Physical Products

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@connecto.website within the applicable window.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Attach any supporting evidence (screenshots, photos of damage, etc.).
  4. We will respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Platform fees are non-refundable.

5. Disputes

If you are unable to resolve a dispute directly, you may open a chargeback with your card issuer. However, we encourage contacting us first β€” we aim to resolve all legitimate disputes fairly and quickly.

6. Fraudulent Claims

Submitting fraudulent refund requests may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
