We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team at Duck DO. In this role, you will be responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven financial analysis to support strategic business decisions. You will review financial performance, conduct variance analysis, manage reporting reconciliations, and help optimize our operational costs and profitability. We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, solid accounting foundations, and proficiency in advanced data and financial tools.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus). Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis. Strong background in financial reporting and general ledger reconciliations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
