Lucid is seeking a detail‑oriented and highly analytical Financial Analyst to support our growing business. This role will help us understand our financial performance, improve profitability, and make smarter business decisions. You will analyze data, prepare reports, forecast trends, and work closely with management to strengthen Lucid’s financial strategy.
✅ Requirements
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and summaries
Conduct cost analysis and identify areas to reduce expenses
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Track KPIs and provide insights to management
Review sales, inventory, and operational data
Assist with cash‑flow planning
Evaluate business opportunities and risks
Work with accounting to ensure accurate financial records
Present findings clearly to leadership
🔧 Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables formulas financial modeling) Experience with financial reporting tools (QuickBooks ERP etc.) Ability to interpret data and communicate insights High attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
